Lim Chin Electrical Engineering Sdn Bhd (LCEE) was established in year 1974. As we approach our upcoming 50th anniversary in year 2024, we reflect on our journey and celebrate the remarkable achievement of sustaining and hounouring unwavering commitment to excellece, innovation, and customer satisfaction. Througout the past five decades, we gained invaluable experience on dealing with all aspects of eletrical engineering works including HT & LV electrical installation and ELV installation services for residential building, commercial building and factory & industrial building, including street lighting and telephone infrastructure services throughout Malaysia.
We are proud to be renowned for our excellent standard of work and exceptional service. This is reflected by the fact that we are accredited by the Suruhanjaya Tenaga, CIDB, PKK, ISO9001:2015 and TEEAM. Our commitment to comply with all these accreditation has given our customers an assurance for all the work undertaken by us follow the very latest authority requipment, safety legislations and electrical standards.
As a licensed electrical contractor, we are usually engaged by private and public listed property developers, building contractors, infrastructure builders, private end-user owners and even governmental bodies.
Based in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur, the majority of our works is undertaken in Klang Valleys and surrounding areas.
FOUNDER’S MESSAGE
This year marks the celebration of our 49th Anniversary in business. All the continuous business support from all our business partners and associates and the great people that make up this organisation; most of whom we owe them a tremendous thank you for making us one of the leading electrical contractor.
Looking back, it is exciting to see the continued progress that has been made with projects throughout Malaysia that either were completed or are finishing up. With our strategic plan and dedicated teams of people in place, we are moving LCEE forward to a greater height.
We shall continue to take on our expertise gained from many prestigious projects that have acclaimed many recognition and awards in the industry like LEEDS, BCA Green Mark, GBI Certified, Asia Pacific Property Awards Development, Developer’s with BCI Asia Awards and The Edge: Top Property Developers Awards, to benchmark our standards.
